Refund Policy - CheapPanel
This Refund Policy explains how deposits, order issues, refunds, and payment disputes are handled on CheapPanel. Please read it before adding funds or placing an order. These rules exist to keep support fair, prevent fraud, and protect service delivery for all users.
Refunds and account balance

Refunds of unused balance:
If you request a refund of your available, unused account balance, we can process it back to the original payment method where possible.

Payment method limitations:
Some payment methods may have restrictions or processing rules that affect refunds (for example, certain card networks or third-party wallets).
If a refund is possible, we will process it within a reasonable timeframe after verification. If a refund is not possible via the original method, we may offer credit back to your CheapPanel balance instead.

Refund timing:
Typical processing time is 24–72 business hours after approval. Delays can happen due to weekends, public holidays, payment gateway checks, or compliance verification.

Currency and conversion fees:
Refunds are issued in the original currency of the deposit whenever possible. Any conversion rate differences or external fees charged by your bank or payment provider are not controlled by CheapPanel.

Balance validity:
Your unused balance stays available in your account unless a specific promotional campaign clearly states an expiry. You can use your balance anytime for eligible services.
Orders, cancellations, and service delivery issues

Orders are final after starting:
Once an order begins processing, it cannot be refunded to your original payment method. If an order is undeliverable due to a technical issue on our side or a service failure, we may return the equivalent amount as CheapPanel balance for future orders.

Invalid links and private accounts:
Orders placed with incorrect URLs, broken links, wrong usernames, or private/restricted profiles are not eligible for refunds. Please double-check the link and confirm the account or content is public before ordering.

Duplicate or overlapping orders:
Do not run multiple services for the same post, page, video, or profile at the same time (including using other panels). Overlapping campaigns can break tracking and cause inaccurate delivery counts. Refunds are not provided for issues caused by simultaneous orders.
Chargebacks, disputes, and fraud prevention

No chargebacks or payment disputes:
By depositing funds, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or open a dispute with your bank or payment processor for completed deposits. If there is an issue, contact support first so we can resolve it properly.

Disputes and account actions:
If a chargeback or dispute is filed, the account may be suspended while we investigate. We may also cancel pending orders to limit further risk. If services were delivered and a dispute is filed, we reserve the right to take reasonable steps to recover losses related to the dispute.

Fraudulent activity:
Any suspected fraud, unauthorized payments, stolen card usage, or suspicious activity can lead to account termination. We may request verification and, where required, report fraud attempts to relevant parties.

By using CheapPanel, adding funds, or placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not deposit funds or place orders.
